Embark on a creative journey this summer @ The ART Project (Age 5-12) WEEK 1 FEATURING PABLO PICASSO & CUBISM. Your kids will explore the works of this week's renowned artists and use this as inspiration to create their own masterpieces. Get ready to see your kids unleash their creativity using a variety of mediums including acrylic paint, watercolor, clay, printmaking and more! At the end of each week, parents will be invited to a showcase of their children's artwork, allowing them to see the progress and talent unfolding before their eyes. We will explore a different medium each day in the studio, and each Friday will be extra special with slime making, cupcakes, and our group show for parents. Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting messy, bring a peanut free snack, water bottle, & towel! For those students staying for LUNCH & LEARN Monday-Thursday please bring a peanut free bagged lunch along with items previously noted. Towels will be used to sit on outside if weather permits for snack/lunch outside. Friday we will welcome parents/family/friends in at 11:45 and students are free to go after the show. ***NO LUNCH & LEARN ON FRIDAY ***EXCITING NEWS!! One piece of your child's artwork will be selected & included in a group show end of summer @ Sparta Township Municipal Building.
